When you book a program with EEC Spanish School you are required to submit a deposit of 180 USD / 150 Euros/ 85 UK pounds by wire transfer or credit card. The difference is due on your first course day and can be settled by cash payment, or bank deposit.

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your reservation 30 days before the start of your course, we will refund 70% of your deposit. If you cancel afterwards, you will loose your deposit. Canceling a reservation for accommodation or other services is analized on a per case basis, depending on the specific supplier. EEC will try to get a full reimbursement , but does not guarantee any reimbursement.

Minimum Course Duration
Is 1 week, but we recommend a minimum course duration of two weeks.
Spanish lessons, Class sizes
One Spanish lesson is 50 minutes. All standard groups require a minimum of 2 students. If there is no other student of the same level, you will receive 15 private lessons instead of 20 group hours
What is Included?
* All materials used in the class.
* Evaluation exams.
* Latin American immersion activities and use of internet in the School (wireless conection and desktop available).
What is not Included?
Inscription Fee: $30 Payable only once, mandatory for all new students.
All other services offer by EEC such as: Accommodation expenses, Business Consulting, Outside courses e.g. Le Cordon Bleu, etc.
Entrances fees and other expenses in Museum, restaurants, etc, during the Latin American Immersion Program.
EEC Spanish School reserves the right of expelling students from the course in case they behave disrespectfully. Expelled students will not receive a reimbursement.
Students that arrive late to classes can be asked to stay outside until the break, not to disturb the other students.
